Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field. • Proven working experience in instructional design. • Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models. • Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge. • Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard. • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts. • Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Preferred Skills: • Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field. • Experience with learning management systems. • Knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System. • Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. • Familiarity with mobile learning and e-learning strategies. • Creative and innovative thinker, able to design engaging learning experiences. • Ability to work well in teams, as well as independently. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.,
